Delicious breakfast in the city center

The hotel is centrally located. Breakfast offered a good variety, ensuring a great start to each day. The staff went out of their way to help us book tables for New Year's Eve.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky as taxi drivers were confused about the location. While the room was comfortable, it diverged from the online photos. I also noticed a persistent odor from the bathroom, disappointing .

Came here for shopping, recommendable. We stayed here for trip in the double room with a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and satellite TV. We appreciated the magnificent and amazing location of the hotel.

Parking arrangement could use improvement!!! It's two streets away and has no guard at night!!! Dim bathroom lighting made personal grooming a hassle!!! I dealt with a consistent unpleasant smell wafting from the bathroom!!!

The spacious family room had a cozy atmosphere with double sinks in the bathroom. The staff was helpful. Selim especially went out of his way to assist us with our requests. Breakfast had a variety of choices, including fresh fruits and Turkish options. Unfortunately, the poor WiFi connectivity disrupted our plans. These issues detracted slightly from our overall enjoyment.

Staff was extremely polite and hotel is clean and ideal! The impeccably clean room had all the necessary facilities, a safe, cable channels and a mini bar fridge. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the breakfast was really tasty and marvellous.
